A previously owned phone is inspected, tested, cleaned and graded before resale. Its condition and battery standard are shown on the product page.
Can I choose the condition of my phone?
Yes. Choose from Like new, Excellent and Good where an offer is available. Each condition describes cosmetic wear and a minimum battery standard; all listed functions should work.
What warranty and returns are included?
The product page shows the effective warranty and return policy for your selection. These can differ by product.
How do I get paid when I sell?
Bank transfer is planned after inspection, your acceptance of the final offer and collection. The estimate depends on your phone’s condition. Collection services are coming soon.
